Making excellent bread is not the elusive preserve of the master baker with a days tuition & a little practice you’ll soon be making the best bread of all – bread made by you!
Our courses run throughout the year & take place in a successful bakery based in the lovely market town of Leek. Our approach to teaching is both relaxed & friendly & by the end of a days tuition you will have a good knowledge of the bread making process so that you can start making bread at home with confidence & enthusiasm. Our courses also cover how you can fit bread making into your busy life.
Courses are designed to match your experience and aspirations – whether you are a total novice, wish to improve your existing skills, experiment with more complex techniques such as sourdoughs and continental breads. Contact us to find the right course for you.
Beginners – Assumes you’ve never really made bread before
Intermediate – Assumes you know the basic process, perhaps do do a little home baking
Advanced – Assumes you are familiar with basic techniques and are ready to advance
£90 Including refreshments & lunch. (£110 for Festive Breads)
Deposit of 25% required when booking – this must be paid to secure the place.
Once you confirmed a course booking by paying the deposit we will take your name, telephone number and email address.
Before the course is due to run you will receive a reminder email with the course material and what you need on the day.
